For over 25 years, Mau Mau has brought humor and activism together in a style that challenges and entertains.  Having collaborated with organisations such as Greenpeace, World Land Trust, Surfers Against Sewage, and the Glastonbury Festival, contributing everything from surfboard designs for charity auctions to live spray-painting performances at major events and mural pieces that capture the pulse of modern counter-culture, Mau Mau’s art is candid, rebellious, and reflective. 

 

In the music world, he has worked with record labels like Ninja Tune and Lowlife Records and created animated videos for artists such as Dizzee Rascal, Herbaliser, and Skitz.

 

Whether through graffiti, prints, or live performances, his work often finds the humor in serious subjects, bridging art and activism in a way that resonates across backgrounds and borders.
