SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

BSMT ships framed and unframed works worldwide, should you have any questions regarding this, please get in contact, we are happy to help.

Prints sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a trackable priority service and we will send you this tracking link.

Other artworks are generally sent via DHL Express. We will be in contact via email regarding the supplement charges for this. Within London we also offer to have works delivered by cab ensuring safe handling and express delivery.

Artworks will be safely and securely packaged in either bespoke tri-wall or wooden crates depending on the type of artwork and destination. 

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 10 working days for domestic orders or 24 working days for International orders.

Orders that include bespoke framing will take up to three weeks depending on how busy the framing studio is. We will contact you via email within 72 hours of your purchase to discuss this. Print orders with bespoke framing will also incur a supplementary shipping cost as these will need to be crated and sent via DHL and the website will have only charged for the print to be shipped in a tube.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order you may cancel your purchase at any time before or up to 14 days after placing the order by notifying us by email or telephone. In this case we would be happy to offer an exchange of goods to the same value or offer a credit note towards another purchase which would have to be used within 6 months of being issued. 

If the artwork has already been received it must be returned in mint condition either in person or in the original packaging via a secure parcel service that requires a signature. 

This should be returned to BSMT, 529 Kingsland Road, E84AR.

 

DAMAGES

All damages must be reported via email within 24 hours of the goods being received. BSMT will not accept liability for damage / loss in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging on delivery before accepting the package. Any obvious structural damage must be brought to the attention of the postal service.

We will require photographic evidence of both the damaged artwork along with pictures of the full packaging as this is necessary for all claims.

We will not accept pictures of a destroyed print. If we ask you to destroy a print, you are responsible for mailing the stamp/signature corner via recorded delivery to the gallery.

REPLACEMENTS

We will only replace prints if they are available otherwise we will offer a refund/credit note.

 

TAXES

Please note that import and customs duties are not included as parts of the sale and shipping price as these vary from country to country and are your responsibility.
