Between Feb - May 2022, Dave Buonaguidi AKA Real Hackney Dave decided to create a series of fast pencil portraits aiming to capture a portrait of passers by in one minute.
 
The witty and spontaneous nature of this work captures the impressions and the characters of these fleeting encounters on the streets of Hackney.
 
This project includes a collection of 100 portraits on display alongside a new exhibition book that includes the entire collection.
 
This book encapsulates the authentic slice of life presented in the vibrant borough that is Hackney, London.
